Operational definition of dependend variables	The dependent variable in this study is that young companies and looking for sources of missed talent are essential to recovering and expanding the economic vitality of fewer young enterprises and employing fewer workers, highly educated individuals tend to be entrepreneurs, and business formation is longer than usual.so that it doesn't happen geographic gap.
Ways&tools measuring instrument Variable Dependent	The methode used in this journal is using the qualitative methode, Identify and analyze variable dependent seen from the opinion according to experts.
Definition Operational Independent	The independent variable in this journal is  fewer young companies and fewer workers, higher educated individuals become entrepreneurs, and bigger than long. At the same time, the economic evolution between the best and the worst places has become very large. These patterns have implications for national economic growth and economic growth outside of innovative activity groups
Step Of Research	The steps used in this research process are: 1. Identify policies and business leaders when they try to encourage entrepreneurship 2. learned from development policies and business leaders when they try to encourage entrepreneurship
Research Result	For the US labor market as a whole, the opposite problem is far more clear: workers often have relatively low bargaining power over employers, move across places and jobs at a slower pace, and generally struggle to achieve strong wage growth. Eliminating barriers to worker mobility is a core part of the solution to stagnant wages and productivity

Weakness Research	The weakness of this research is the lack of steps that explain the process growing entrepreneurs
Conclusion	Overall, increasing entrepreneurship can be done by policy makers and business leaders by supporting young companies and looking for sources of missed talent that are essential to restore and expand the economic vitality of the United States.
